What is the motivation behind onboarding this data to Filecoin?
Those due diligence data is extremely important for the business, to have those data stored in a decentralized, safe and cost effective way is something we are looking for a long time, Filecoin network comes highly recommended to us in such capacity.
What organizations are involved in this project? Sources of funding, SPs partnering in onboarding, other service providers, etc.?
We are working closely with Linkspeed to get onboard with Filecoin network, and we will fund this project on our own.

What is being stored on the network? Please provide as many details as possible on the dataset and its size. Jinshizichan is the industry leader in the non-performing assets management space. The data we intend to store on the filecoin network will mostly be client’s non-performing asset video and pictures. Currently, we have over 80000 commercial, industrial and residential properties information in storage, each property has at least 4 videos and 20 pictures. Total storage usage is around 200T. And with Chinese worsen economic environment, there are tons of new non-performing assets on the market every day. As we are looking for more cost-effective and safe way to store these valuable data, Filecoin network is a good choice of storage solution for us. We intend to store 4-5 duplicates
Why is it useful to the Filecoin network?
Please share details on how your project may use Filecoin in a novel way, extend or experiment with different use cases, or result in useful development in the ecosystem. The essential part of non-performing asset management is to evaluate the asset with precision. To that end, large amount of high quality visual data such as video and pics will go a long way to help our appraisal professionals to evaluate the assets. The value of those assets data is what make jinshizichan a successful and sustainable business. I suppose for any web 3.0 ecosystem to thrive, more financial projects, especially those with connection to the real world economy, onboard are a huge plus. Furthermore, the more valuable data on the filecoin network, the more valuable filecoin becomes as a viable storage network provider.
