Add storage throughput calculations and derive max proof-size/data-size ratio #24

Need to understand what needs to be represented here and also exactly how the proof-size/data-size ratio. The latter needs to be included in the Filecoin model and derived rather than provided as a magic constant.

Ubercalc now belongs in Filecoin spec.
