Experience Page: Powergate Wallet Transaction Component. #100

Purpose

We need an experience page for Filecoin transactions.

Deliverable

https://slate.host/system page.

Dependencies

Just need to confirm with @asutula this has been added to Powergate 0.2.0

Confirmed with @asutula and @martinalong that this will come in a later version, so I'm moving it to 0.0.8

@whyrusleeping wants an experience has ledger support https://github.com/Zondax/ledger-filecoin-js which signs a transaction before sending it off to Powergate. Could we also investigate this? (cc: @asutula, @martinalong)
