Create a metrics dashboard #1

Display these metrics in a nice dashboard.

[ ] Real time status (so the user knows the node isn't broken)
[x] FIL Earnings
[x] Amount of outbound bandwidth
[x] Number of requests

Features

[ ] A time period picker with options: past week, past month, past 6 months

This data should be pulled from the L2 API. Keep in mind this dashboard should work for both L1 and L2.
