New nodes stats dashboard

• new default /stats route with improved dashboard (moved from https://orchestrator.strn.pl/stats)
  • added sorting and filtering (grid by default sorted by node id)
  • share grid button includes current sorting and filtering settings
  • new node detail view to include more node information
• more reliable way of using webui mode
  • npm run dev:webui for developement
  • npm run build:webui for production build
