Moving Sidebar to Subnav, Miners Table on Home page, Map tooltips

Someone said that if they could always see what's the in Sidebar it'd be easier to get a quick explainer of what's in the network.

(Wondering if Sidebars are optimized for Dashboards with Logins. Sidebar is easy to bring back.)

Also:

Update of amchart & amchart-geo stuff to latest versions (other widgets seem ok) to enable more tooltip features
Moving Miners Table to Home page
Added to Map tooltip: click to copy nicknames (there was a feedback item to enable linking map nodes to Miners table - next best thing is a click to copy so they can search below)
Removed Avg Price of Storage graph from Home page (a summary avg price box is up top and the graph itself is repeated on the Storage > Price & Capacity page)
Global Nav User Devnet version is loaded from go-filecoin-badge/user-devnet.json if Network.STABLE. These links can be moved later when there are other implementations.
Links > Known Issues points to a section on the go-filecoin wiki's troubleshooting page
