Instead of making a breaking change, it's easier and more useful to expose total_measurement_count in addition to accepted_measurement_count.

Instead of making a breaking change, it's easier and more useful to expose total_measurement_count in addition to accepted_measurement_count.

I believe accepted_measurement_count may be used by the Station Public Dashboard, so it's best to preserve it.
