It's probably somewhere conflicted with musl libc, I'll test Garuda Linux in the future, thanks for your feedback.
i run fileu and it asks me for run filec manually with superuser. i run it and later it asks back. this is logs:
fish: Job 1, 'sudo ./filec -y' terminated by signal SIGSEGV (Address boundary error)
