Also "caches" the downloaded file from Filepicker for repeated calls to get_file() and adds better support for Django File handling.

Sorry to hijack this PR but...

@brettcvz is ink file picker dead? Ink doesn't tweet or answer support emails. I emailed (and tweeted) a bug report complete with screenshots and haven't received so much as an acknowledgement of receipt. You have a massive bug in your image conversion system making it unusable. We recommended ink file picker to a client and now we look stupid. Your support is non-existent and your company is about to be $99 a month poorer

Not at all! We haven't tweeted much recently as we don't find it's very effective at driving traffic, but we're still chugging along!

We strive to answer all support emails in 24 hours or less, I'll email you directly to make sure we get this resolved.
