Cannot install on an offline computer( 0x80072EFE The SSL connection could not be established)

Description

I tried to intall files using the Files.Stable.exe installer that I get from the offical site(https://files.community/download), the popup window showed this message: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception. The computer I use is not connected to the internet(Couldn't do it due to company policy). Is this a bug or this app has to be installed on a online computer?

Use the Files.Stable.exe to install on an offline computer

This isn't a bug you do need an internet connection to install Files and the dependencies from the installer. You can try downloading and install both below. It wont update so you would have to do that manually changing the version (2.5.10.0) numbers in the links. https://cdn.files.community/files/preview/Files.Package_2.5.10.0_Preview_Test/Files.Package_2.5.10.0_x64_ARM64_Preview.msixbundle

You need to change the URL version numbers to the current preview build 3.5.31.0
