Bug: Checkboxes turn into the third state when they are left checked for a long time #13371

Description

As the title describes. If the cursor is placed over the checkbox in this state, it will be checked again. image

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Check a checkbox.
  2. Wait. (about 30 minutes?)
  3. The checkbox will turn into the third state.

Requirements

They should remain checked.

2.5.29.0

Windows Version

10.0.19045.3448

Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce this issue.

Do you think this is a WinUI issue?

I think so. If I remember correctly, this started occurring after WASDK was updated to 1.4.

I noticed it after we added the option to keep Files running in the background, but that could be because all my previous sessions were shorter.
