Bug: Cloud and tag icons shift folder/file name off center

Description

Hey hey! I don't think this is working properly, the file names aren't breaking properly when the cloud sync icon is displayed and the 'small icons' view is active.

here is a screenshot from my iCloud folders:

as you can see, same happens with the tag color and the names of the folders break quite weirdly.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install Files App from Windows Store
2. Open iCloud drive
3. Set files view as 'small icons'
4. Optionally, add a tag color to the folder (also has the same issue when combined with the cloud icon).

Requirements

Ensure the status icons are on their own row
