Bug: Icons may not be displayed in the file operation dialog #14462

Description

I don't know under what conditions this occurs, but sometimes icons are not displayed. Image

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Select multiple files.
  2. Try to delete them.
  3. Observe icons are not displayed in the confirmation dialog.

Requirements

Icons should be displayed.

Files Version

3.1.1.0

Windows Version

10.0.22631.3007

I have reproduced it and added a screenshot. No noteworthy logs were output.
