Black background in grid view #15677

Description

image This happens only in grid view

Steps To Reproduce

Don't know. Just open a videos folder I guess? But for some folders, they are not the case

Requirements

Stop black background

Files Version

3.5.0.0

Windows Version

22631.3737

Log File

debug.log

Thanks for the report, can you try clearing Windows thumbnail cache. Type Disk clean-up into the start menu > press enters on your keyboard or OK > Scroll to bottom > select thumbnails > Click Ok > Restart Files from the system tray

Thank you this solves my issue. But why does it happen? Will this happen again?

When FE saved a different size of cache, it might show again but basically Files rewrites.
