Feature: Optimize update downloading

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Currently if an update downloads and Files is restarted without the update installing it will redownload the update. This increases time to update and data usage

Requirements

• Have the remote file send its hash when checking for updates
• Calculate the hash of the local file
• If the hash matches show the install icon immediately, if not redownload in the background.

I'm not sure how much the API lets us do here but we can look into this.
