Bug: Compressing & extracting doesn't work on ARM64 #15689

Description

I encountered an issue with the compression and extraction functionality on ARM64. Specifically, the app fails to compress files or extract archives.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Attempt to compress a file or extract an archive.
  2. Observe that the operation fails

This is not a new issue #7680, but we can now reliably reproduce this on our side.
