Bug: Changing directory without canceling quick search shows no items in folder #15718

Description

After changing the directory I can start another quick search then remove the text and it shows the contents again

Steps To Reproduce

Start a quick search
Change directory via path bar
See no folder contents now load and search cleared

Requirements

Correctly clear search when the directory changed
- Alternatively keep the search bar text and performance the search in the new directory
