Bug: Contents of library locations and the network folder are still loaded after switching the directory #7259

Description

When I click on a library to load it content then click on something else whiles it was still loading it will not show the new content and display old content in the new area. Clicking on something else after that will crash files.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open a library with lots of files/folders or the network folder on the sidebar
  2. While the library/network folder is loading click another item on the sidebar
  3. See that previous library content is still loading and displayed

Expected behavior

It should stop loading previous content and load the new ones.

It doesnt crash when change them anymore
