Feature: Display download progress in OneDrive folders #8821

What's the Problem?

I'm enjoying using Files, but the indicator of the file download process in One Drive is missing, without this window that the default file explorer has, in Files it's confusing to know if the user clicked or not, if you can put it this window with download progress bar for one drive gets better.

Solution/Idea

Requirements

  1. Display progress bar in tooltip when hovering over files
  2. Display progress bar in status column
