cut - copy - past - drag and drop - and rename - not working #9404

Description

when i try to cut - copy - paste items or drag and drop - or rename - operation fails i have one SSD divided into 2 partitions : C and D

Steps To Reproduce

No response

Expected behavior

to do the cut - copay - paste - rename and drag and drop

Files Version

2.3.0.0

Windows Version

windows 10 pro 21H2 OS build 19044.1741

Relevant Assets/Logs

debug.log debug_fulltrust.log

Thanks for the report. Those log files are really weird. Could you:

delete the two log files make sure the only one instance / window of Files is running check if it works and upload the new log files if it doesn't Thanks for the help.

I have system with Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2 OS build 19044.1766 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

Same copy , move problem for files and folders. Also couldn't create folders too. I just installed it yesterday.

I have Files app version Version: 2.3.0.0 OS Version: 10.0.19044.1766

You can try reinstalling Files if this is still an issue for you. It seem the FilesFullTrust process is crashing.

This appears to be resolved in the preview build v2.3.48 https://files.community/download/preview
