MoU12 - M1 "FileSender 3.x bootstrap improvements" board acceptance requested #17

The development3 branch has been updated to use Bootstrap 5. https://github.com/filesender/filesender/pull/1116

And make use of Sass https://github.com/filesender/filesender/pull/1117

Some time in the next week or so there will be a new 2.x series release with some updates which I will merge into the development3 branch before making a 3.0alpha1 release from development3.
