Picker: cannot record video on Chrome, Deprecated Support for Plan B SDP #474

Expected Behavior

User can record video using device's camera and upload on Chrome

Current Behavior

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Open picker
  2. Choose Record video
  3. The screen is loading and cannot record anything

Context

Only happens on Chrome (MacOS and Windows 10), works normally on Android and iOS Tested on Safari and Firefox and does not run into this issue
