Thank you for open sourcing your code! However, I am unable to locate the paper upon which it is based. Would you be able to upload "End-to-End Supervised Lobe Segmentation"? I'd love to read it!

Sorry but i guess I can't give public access to the paper. The paper will be presented at IJCNN 2018 : International Joint Conference on Neural Networks

Unfortunately, I won't be able to share the data due to privacy issues. EDIT: I'm not anymore in this project, but I will try to verify this situation

@filipetrocadoferreira Hello, I am trying to train the FRV-NET model with my own dataset, but there is no real tag in Multi-task Learning in my dataset. So I want to know how the tags in Mutli-task Learning are actually implemented. Another point is the difference between dice_coef_weight_r and dice_coef_weight_r_map in the code when calculating the loss function, especially since I don't understand the implementation of dice_coef_weight_r_map.
