This is wrong. China is GMT +8 with no daylight savings, so 5pm there is 
currently 10 *am* in London (China has no daylight savings).

I tried refreshing the page and entering the params in a different order, in 
case that made a difference, but it didn't.

Thanks for the site though, I've always found it useful and never noticed 
anything like this before.

Thanks for reporting! This bug is sadly on the data layer, which I don't have 
an easy way to fix without ugly hacks (it's imported). But I'll try.
