Missing character in French layout #131

Hi,

I can't find a way to enter the ` (backquote) character when using the French 
keyboard.  Would it be possible to add it?

It should be available by long-pressimg * or è/7. If that doesn't work, please 
let me know.

The long-press alternates are a bit hard to discover, the upcoming version 
shows the first alternate in addition to the shifted key to make this a bit 
easier.

Bulk update - changing "Fixed" to "Verified" for old bugs.

(Background: I'm changing the "Fixed" status to be considered open, the next 
steps in the lifecycle will be the closed states "FixInTest" and "Verified". 
This lets me mark issues as "Fixed" in commit messages without hiding them from 
the issue tracker.)
