hackerskeyboard doesn't work on classic Android devices (1.5, 1.6) #134

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to install hackerskeyboard (tried with 1.22) on 1.6 device.
2. See notice that the package cannot be installed on this device.

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

It would be nice if hackerskeyboard was really de facto standard for any
Android device out there. I don't pray for Android 1.0, but anything up
hopefully should be ok for a keyboard, and 1.5 is fore sure the baseline
Android version with API stabilized.

What version of Hacker's Keyboard are you using? (See top of the app's
Settings menu.) On what phone or tablet?

On a cheap Chinese tablet which are sold in millions as hot beagles, priced as
a pound of them or so. They are devoid of Google spyware, so even it doesn't
know how many of them out there. But they are huge, as serve good purpose as
dedicated or home automation terminals.

Sorry, I haven't had time to look into this. Issue 57 has a contributed patch,
but for me the main issue is having to set up a separate build for the platform
and/or making sure there aren't any regressions as a result of integrating it
- it's already a bit hairy to keep it compatible for Froyo to ICS :-/
