You need to change the dependency 'nhc2-coco' as well. This will do the communication with the controller. Changing this is hard in the production environment. Please read here for more infomation.

Ok. I have never done that before. Do you know when the pull request can be done?

@filipvh Have you stopped supporting this project?

joleys commented 2 years ago

For those of you who are interested in my spin-off of Filip's hard work, check my repo niko-home-control-II.

I've tried to reach Filip as well, without response so far.

@joleys Hi. Haven't had any time. If you want, I'll merge (and release on HACS) all your changes as beta releases, if this has any advantage. I have no time to manage this project, but reading some PR's and releasing is possible.

filipvh commented 2 years ago

@joleys - the coco library is now inside this integration, if you want to merge it, you need add the files here...

Hello, @joleys Is it possible to contact you in private? I have some questions about Home Assistant Custom Integration for Niko Home Control II. Thanks :-)

Is there any news on this?

@joleys are you planning to go ahead and support your fork (https://github.com/joleys/niko-home-control-II). Or is the main goal to get this PR merged by @filipvh and contribute to this repo? I'm asking this because I have code ready for the all-off, but if the chances of this getting merged in this repo are non-existing I think I will switch to the fork of @joleys

@tijsverkoyen: Yes, the intend is to continue working on this. However, most of the modules I have are already part of the integration. It would be great if any of you can code and implement the missing modules.
