I found a problem when publishing a site that uses the AutoInvalidateCacheOutput attribute. I'm still not entirely sure why it failed, but when publishing (not building) VS fails stating that it's missing System.Web.Http v5.2.3 even though I'm using 5.2.4 in my project. The web.config was already updated to redirect versions 0.0.0.0-5.2.4.0 to 5.2.4.
