Web API V2 NO GO #46

Unfortunately I get errors when installing into a web api v2 project. Is there a fix for this in the works?

pushed new package to nuget today https://www.nuget.org/packages/Strathweb.CacheOutput.WebApi2/

for Web Api 1, the old package is still there
