Error uploading badges #15

No matter what I do, I can't upload a badge. I've tried just giving it the URL and I've tried uploading from my computer, but it continued to give me "Error! Could not upload the file."

I'm experiencing the same (although I don't have the option to provide a URL instead of uploading). As suggested in another thread, I've ensured that allow_url_fopen is enabled. Any solutions?
