Connect to RE3Data via ProgramMembership #2

schame.org/Organization -> property memberOf can point to a type ProgramMembership http://schema.org/ProgramMembership

This in turn points to a Organization which could be RE3Data

Use this approach to define who is a member of RE3 and perhaps also EarthCube CDF ?

what do you think about adding in the url for the r3data member using the ProgramMembership "url" field: http://www.re3data.org/repository/r3d100000012

Sorry, I missed this.. I think this should be a sameas since it points to an ID of the facility.
