evilfeed start localhost 127.0.0.1. How can i change it into 0.0.0.0:1337

It starts that way on purpose, there is no authentication to the feed so if it were served on a public IP address, you would be broadcasting details of your phishing campaigns to the entire Internet. I STRONGLY advise you or anyone to keep the code as is and forward the port locally.
