romdata.cpp: Accurately differentiate between ASCII/UTF8/UTF8BOM in UTF8 & to LF. stdfunc.h: fix for STD_ROM_PICK macro not booting from romdata. d_cps1: GameConfig is correctly indexed when entering the game from romdata. d_neogeo.cpp: update hack games.
