Problem with MVS/AES in Neo-Geo games #1627

In neo-geo games, the option to switch MVS mode to AES does not work for me. I tried changing the neo-geo mode to AES Asia/Europe in the options, change the dipswitch to AES Asia, and the cheats option for selected neo geo - 2 Home games. Nothing helps, every game starts in MVS mode. Only when I set the BIOS to universal 4.0, turn on the games and press X+B+A on the controller when starting the game during the BIOS screen, I can change from Arcade to Console. However, I want it to be possible to set it in the FB Neo core itself.

Retroarch 1.16 FB neo latest Win 11 rtx 3070ti

Ps. I also tried a mix of different FB Neo settings and bios. I tried deleting FB neo and retroarch game settings. I tested Metal Slug 1, Metal Slug X, Art of Fighting, Pulsar. They all start in MVS mode, it doesn't matter which BIOS I choose.

I have no idea why, but suddenly everything works fine. Probably changing the nego-geo bios helped. Sorry for the bug report.
