add CV's pitch entry keep delete

I thought this had gotten taken care of in one of the other PRs but I guess I messed it up.

I think Carl's script is better than mine, so I'm removing mine from the repo and adding his!

That looks great. My only suggestion, as pointed out be @asherber https://github.com/asherber elsewhere, is that [x] in Vercel becomes a tick-box, and for website Notes the Key Commands section will look better as an unordered list like this:

Key Commands:

• a - keep
• z - delete
• s - from the top
• x - from the bottom
• q - toggle keep/delete
• w - toggle top/bottom
• 1-9 - enter note count (delete key not needed) (make sure the end of each list line is one space not two)
