Overview

I heard that 1.19.2 changed some mechanics that prevented this from working anymore, but I also heard that it is potentially possible to add this mechanic back in for the Fabric version of the mod. Hopefully, it's possible!

Why would this feature be useful?

I would love to be able to make the Corrupted Pillager & Vindicator spawn naturally in the Overworld as a replacement for zombies.

You can actually do that with a datapack! However, having those mobs spawn in the overworld as a replacement of vanilla mobs won't make a lot of sense in the mod's lore. It's a good idea, but we must also think about the lore of the mod.
