Aquarium can only be decorated in Creative mode

Aquarium can only be decorated in Creative mode. In Survival you lose the items you use on it, but they do not show inside the Aquarium.

Looks like it only affects using the Bucketed entities. The plants do work in survival.

Thank you. Oversight on my side. It is fixed in the newest version!
