Add scraping for countries without cumulative number

Some countries only report daily values instead of cumulative. Some of them are already implemented on Selenium - python, but they should be included in the workflow.

@angelicambg Sri Lanka has an API with test data provided, found here: https://www.hpb.health.gov.lk/en/api-documentation Can you call the API instead of scraping the data?
