This is just what we've been looking for (looking to migrate from Atlas to custom cluster). Can't wait to test it out.

However, I just noticed that the --db flag is hardcoded. It would be cool with a feature to specify --source-db and --destination-db seperatly.

Digged through the source code and found the --rename-db option, if anyone should need it
