Know the latest state of Kubernetes, site reliability engineering and world-class monitoring to deliver our real-time app to > 1 million concurrent users in 2021
Have an interest in designing, building and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks
Have a systematic problem-solving approach

Have experience in one or more of the following programming languages: JavaScript, C, C++, Python, Go, Java

Run our growing infrastructure and make sure developers can deliver code with confidence through our canary deployment-driven CI/CD
Help the company manage cloud service cost by rolling out on a provider-agnostic seamlessly scaling Kubernetes-based infrastructure
Work closely with the rest of the product team to deliver a great experience
Help us reach difficult architectural decisions
Contribute your best knowledge and experience about technology, products and processes
Shape the product roadmap with us
Write code (duh)

Our work is technically challenging: we're using WebGL for rendering 3-dimensional rooms that expand when more users join. Now, we are starting to build our own WebRTC backend. It's incredibly challenging to enable real-time communication and data-flow between thousands of users.
