New docker build please #127

Would be great if you could push the latest to docker hub, I can't currently integrate this into my end to end test setup as I cannot build s3 containers with specific files in known locations.

Please update the docker image with latest mockS3 image(version2.5 or later). or provide the dockerfile. Thanks

Note that you can build your own image from sources with sbt docker, there's no need for a Dockerfile.
