Custom port test #12

Testing custom ports by creating another SQL Server Docker instance that runs on a different port.

Probably not the most efficient way to test it, but it works and the tests don't seem to take particularly longer.

Coverage decreased (-30.08%) to 54.472% when pulling 41a32bcab8c81df7e8ad7bd4b1cfaa9519cfdd0f on custom_port_test into 5b8c88bbf07d6cc4105de804a632905d507a8776 on master.
