Automerge does not work in the repo #4049

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Automerge does not work and the build is failing as it could not find a token. (I also wondering why it is configured with dry_run:true)

There seems to be a regression again this year. (This was apparently supposed to be closed as a result of #4051 but that didn't happen.)
