Bottom Right Indicator is not working properly and it is not visible while hovering #7399

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

While Scrolling up to the top of page indicator dissappear that was quiet annoying

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

  1. I can keep track of the scroll position of page and ensures smooth scrolling effect
  2. I personally think while hovering upon the indicator it's color is not visible so i suggest to change it color

I'll fix Scrolling up to the top of page button issues. And its visible while scrolling and hovering. And added the name in contributor list. And raised PR please Accept.
