Troubles with Root Bones Generation on ACTION ADVENTURE PACK #4

It seems like there are some issues with the Addon's generation of the Root bones. I encountered this problem when using the ACTION ADVENTURE PACK on the ELY BY K.ATIENZA Model and with the exact same Model and Locomotion Pack you showed in the video. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any error messages that could help pinpoint the exact problem. If you'd like, I can send you the pack, or you can find it on mixamoo.

Also, Insert Root and Add Root doesn't seam to work too, Add Root adds a root bone, but it doesn't move with the animation.

I've tested both Blender versions mentioned in your video, 3.4.1 and the current one, 3.5.1, but I consistently get the same result.

I'm also seeing some issues here. I'm using the Swat model with Action Adventure Pack. It only imports about half of the FBX files. I tried just importing the standard walking or running animations and it's not adding a root bone. No errors either. Blender 3.6.4

Ok, so it appears some of the models/characters do not play well with this plugin. I tried out Swat Guy instead, and it seemed to work just fine. I guess it would be a bummer if you had your heart set on one character. Let me know if I can lend a hand to solving this problem. Thanks!
