Forestry trade, unit confusion #15

Forestry trade data is limited to m3 as unit (see), but later on the values are merged into BTD as tonnes. Meanwhile forestry itself is subset via Unit != "1000 US$".

For now I'm changing this to exclude "1000 US$" in forestry and "m3" in forestry trade.

Alternative: Reintroduce unit variable.
