Livestock, missing from CBS, stock available #24

This may be related to #22 and/or #23.

cbs is missing the following items:

Grazing; Cattle; Buffaloes; Sheep; Goats; Pigs; Poultry Birds; Horses; Asses; Mules; Camels; Camelids, other; Rabbits and hares; Rodents, other; Live animals, other; Pet food

These are partly available in live, but only as stocks.

Check again, in 2_build_cbs.R it seems like only the indigenous categories were missing. Watch out for livestock vs meat.
