CBS trade extended via BTD #30

Currently we only extend the CBS trade for the items 328, 254, 677, 2000, 2001, 866, 946, 976, 1016, 1034, 2029, 1096, 1107, 1110, 1126, 1157, 1140, 1150, 1171, 843 with information from BTD. There's quite some discrepancies for other data though.

E.g.: Armenia, 1992, Wheat and products - CBS reports imports of 401,410 and BTD 77,598.07.

Later on the BTD trade data is extended to all items.
