BTD unit conversion #7

When tidying BTD's units of 1000 Head and Head are merged - i.e. missing or 0 values of 1000 Head are filled with Head / 1000.

However, all of the fitting observations seem to have a Head value of 1.

As of 8fa3db9207be80fc35933ad1324962ff8a073c14 all "1000 Heads" units are converted to just "Heads", kind of circumventing this issue. Still, multiple head counts of 1 in BTD seem very weird. (@martinbruckner)
