Grazing does not get its comm_code and proc_code #85

At about 8_mrio.R, grazing doesn't currently receive some of its variables (it's NA instead). Maybe that can be fixed with a rerun, but watch out.

Maybe this is due to https://github.com/nk027/fabio/blob/4daf65b1d8f9eca91ffe0b3e5035403535bc30bb/R/6_supply.R#L23. Could also be necessary in itself though.
